Can I cancel and refund my
order before it is delivered?
Orders can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued by providing 72
hours written notice to info@poppinballoonsandcakes.com.au
prior to the delivery date.
Do you do bulk orders?
Absolutely, you can place bulk orders through our website and if you
have specific requirements for delivery, packaging or lettering customisation
please email info@poppinballoonsandcakes.com.au and we
will be pleased to help out.
Click & Collect is available at Oran Park NSW, we will send you the full address a day before pickup.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all suburbs within the Sydney Metro Area.
Can I select a Date and Time for delivery?
Date for
delivery can be selected at checkout. However it is not possible to select a
delivery time due to the volume of orders and complexity.
What are your shipping days and time?
We ship
Monday to Saturday, all deliveries will occur from 10am to 5pm.
Can I track my delivery?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification email and/or text message with courier tracking information that will allow you to track the progress of the delivery.
What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?
The driver will
leave the order in the safest place however if there is no safe place the
driver will return the order and a re-delivery fee will apply. We will contact
you to advise the delivery was missed. Poppin Balloons & Cakes cannot take
any responsibility if you provide an incorrect address, contact name, contact
phone number or if there is no one to receive the delivery.
Can you deliver to Shopping Centres, hotels, schools, police stations,
hospital or businesses?
Yes, however
it is recommended not send any gifts/items to offices/locations that close
before 5pm or were access is restricted as the driver will return the order
back to Poppin Balloons & Cakes. In this case we are not responsible and
the order cannot be cancelled and refunded. Re-delivery fee apply.
Can I cancel and refund my order after it is delivered?

What colour combination
should I get?
To make things
easier we have selected some scheme colours where you are able to choose the colours
that are more popular and convenient to give a great look. All you need to do
is place the order online and select the scheme colour you are looking after.

Can I get my balloon tower or helium Balloons delivery the day before my event?
You can but all
balloons look their best when they are fresh.
I would like my helium balloons to
last longer.
All our Helium Balloons include "hi-float". Hi-Float is a non-toxic solution which increase the balloons floats time to up to 2+ days or more if they are kept indoors and out of the direct sunlight. Conditions like temperature, air-condition and high humidity affects the float time of hi-floated latex balloons.
Can I use my balloon
bouquets in outdoor areas?
Most of our
balloons are usually fine in sheltered conditions. When using balloons
outdoors, things like wind can cause balloons to tangle, pop because of
friction with the ground/walls or either pop when they are blown into something
sharp. Direct sunlight can cause the colour to fade and loose shine, heat
may also cause helium in the balloon to expand and pop the balloon.
The best way to
keep your balloons last for days are by keeping them away from friction with
any surface, indoors and out of the direct sun and heat.
